Apartment & Condo Moving
High-rise and walk-up moves with elevator reservations, COIs, and tight-stairwell handling.
Full or partial packing with our materials, plus unpacking and debris removal.
Packing is the part of a move people underestimate by about half. A kitchen alone is typically six to eight hours of careful work for one person; a full two-bedroom apartment is a weekend if you are fast and a week if you are working full time. Hiring it out is often the difference between a calm move and a 2 AM panic with a roll of tape.
Full packing means we arrive one to two days before the move with boxes, paper, bubble, dish barrels, wardrobe boxes, and tape, and we pack every room. Partial packing means we take the rooms that hurt: kitchens, china cabinets, bookshelves, art, and the garage. Many customers pack their own clothing and linens and leave the breakables to us, which is a sensible split.
Dishes go vertically in dish barrels with paper between each plate, glassware gets cell dividers, and stemware gets individual wrapping. Artwork and mirrors travel in adjustable picture boxes with cardboard corners. Electronics are packed in their own boxes with cable bags labeled by device. Every box is labeled with the destination room and a short contents note, so unpacking is not a treasure hunt.
Unpacking is a separate service and a genuinely useful one: we place items on shelves and in cabinets where you direct, break down every box, and haul the cardboard and paper away the same day. Most households want the kitchen and the beds done on day one and the rest at their own pace, and we are happy to do exactly that scope and no more.

No. We bill materials at cost with the counts listed on the invoice, and you are welcome to supply your own boxes. If you use your own, we ask that they be moving-grade cartons rather than grocery-store produce boxes, which collapse when stacked.
For a full pack, one to two days before the truck. That gives time for a final sweep of anything discovered late and keeps you from living out of sealed boxes for a week. Partial packing can happen the morning of the move for small scopes.
We skip anything you set aside: jewelry, documents, medication, firearms, and personal items should stay with you. Tell the lead packer at the start of the day which drawers, closets, or rooms are off limits and they will be left untouched.
