Apartment & Condo Moving
High-rise and walk-up moves with elevator reservations, COIs, and tight-stairwell handling.
Colorado to anywhere, with one crew, one truck, and a named delivery window.
Long-distance moves are quoted flat-rate, not hourly. The price comes from the inventory list, the total mileage, and the access at both ends, and once it is in writing it does not move unless you add items. That is the whole point of a flat rate: you should be able to budget the move before you sign a lease two states away.
We run dedicated trucks rather than pooling your shipment with four other households in a trailer that sits in a terminal for ten days. The crew that loads your furniture in Denver is the crew that unloads it in Phoenix, Austin, Kansas City, or Salt Lake. Nothing is transferred between trucks, which is where most long-haul damage and most lost boxes actually happen.
Every item is inventoried and tagged before it goes on the truck, and you get a copy of that list. Furniture is blanket-wrapped and shrink-wrapped for the highway, not just for the driveway, and the load is tied off at every tier. Mountain passes and summer heat both punish a sloppy load, so the crew builds tiers with weight low and glass upright and strapped.
You get a delivery window, a driver phone number, and a call the day before arrival. For moves under 1,000 miles that window is usually one to two days; for longer runs, two to four. If your new place is not ready, we can hold your shipment in our Denver warehouse and deliver later, with storage billed per month and no re-handling fee for the first load-in.
Flat-rate quote by weight, volume, and mileage. Labor is billed in 15-minute increments once the 3-hour minimum is met.
| Crew | Truck | Hourly rate | Typical job |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 movers | 16 ft box truck | $149 / hr | Studio or 1-bedroom apartment |
| 3 movers | 20 ft box truck | $199 / hr | 2-bedroom apartment or small house |
| 4 movers | 26 ft box truck | $259 / hr | 3-bedroom house with garage |
| 5 movers | 26 ft box truck | $319 / hr | 4-bedroom house or small office |
| 2 movers | Labor only, your truck | $129 / hr | Loading a rental truck or container |
All labor is billed in 15-minute increments after a 3-hour minimum. Truck and equipment fee is quoted per job, never hidden inside the hourly line.
Three to four weeks is comfortable; summer and end-of-month dates go faster and should be locked six weeks out. We can sometimes do a two-week turnaround, but the truck and crew availability drives the date more than the paperwork does.
It is final for the inventory we quoted. If you add a washer, a sectional, and eight more boxes after the walkthrough, we reprice those items at the published rate and show you the new total before loading. We do not hold a shipment hostage for a renegotiated price.
We store the shipment in our Denver warehouse and schedule delivery when you are ready. Storage is billed monthly, your inventory stays palletized and wrapped, and the redelivery is charged as a standard local unload rather than a new long-haul job.
This service is available in every city we cover: Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, Centennial, Littleton, Englewood, Broomfield, Wheat Ridge, Golden, Parker, Commerce City.
