How Denver Movers Online collects, uses, and stores the information you send us.
When you submit the quote form or start a chat we collect the name, phone number, email address, move dates, addresses, and job details you choose to give us. Our web server also records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not ask for payment card numbers, government identification, or financial account details through this website.
Your information is used to prepare an estimate, schedule the crew and truck, contact you about the job, and keep records required for insurance and tax purposes. If you ask us not to contact you again, we honor that and keep only the minimum record needed to respect the request.
Access is limited to our estimators, dispatchers, and the crew assigned to your move. We use third-party providers for website hosting, chat, and communications, and those providers process data only on our instructions. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to marketing companies or lead brokers.
Quote requests that do not become jobs are retained for up to twelve months in case you come back to us. Completed job records, including inventories and invoices, are retained as long as required for insurance, warranty, and tax obligations, and then deleted or anonymized.
This site uses a local browser storage key to remember your light or dark theme preference. The chat widget sets its own cookies so a conversation can continue across pages. We may use aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. Blocking cookies in your browser will not prevent you from reading the site or calling us.
By giving us your phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your estimate and your move. Message frequency depends on the job. Reply STOP to a text to opt out of further messages, and standard carrier rates may apply.

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Internal records are kept on access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we limit what we collect to what a moving job actually requires.
This website is directed at adults arranging moving services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
