Apartment & Condo Moving
High-rise and walk-up moves with elevator reservations, COIs, and tight-stairwell handling.
After-hours office, retail, and medical relocations that keep you open on Monday.
Commercial moves are measured in downtime, not in hours. The real cost of an office relocation is the day your staff cannot work, so we schedule the bulk of the labor for evenings and weekends and aim to have workstations reassembled and networked before the first employee badges in.
Planning starts with a floor plan and a labeling scheme. Every desk, chair, monitor, file cabinet, and crate is tagged to a destination room and position number, and the new space gets matching floor placards. That single piece of discipline is what separates an office move that ends at 4 AM from one that ends at midnight with everything in the right place.
We break down and rebuild cubicle systems, move filing in rented plastic crates rather than cardboard, and shrink-wrap and cart whole file cabinets where the freight elevator allows it. IT equipment is disconnected and cable-bagged by workstation, monitors travel in padded crates, and servers are handled by appointment with your IT staff present because nobody should be improvising with a rack at 11 PM.
We carry the insurance levels that commercial landlords require and file COIs with both buildings before the date. Retail and medical spaces get extra attention on protection and sequencing: display fixtures, exam tables, and lab equipment all have their own handling rules, and we would rather ask than guess with equipment that costs more than the truck.
From $259/hr for a 4-mover crew, evening and weekend windows available. Labor is billed in 15-minute increments once the 3-hour minimum is met.
| Crew | Truck | Hourly rate | Typical job |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 movers | 16 ft box truck | $149 / hr | Studio or 1-bedroom apartment |
| 3 movers | 20 ft box truck | $199 / hr | 2-bedroom apartment or small house |
| 4 movers | 26 ft box truck | $259 / hr | 3-bedroom house with garage |

All labor is billed in 15-minute increments after a 3-hour minimum. Truck and equipment fee is quoted per job, never hidden inside the hourly line.
Yes, and most do. Evening, overnight, and weekend windows are standard for commercial work and are billed at the same hourly rate, subject to building access. Tell us your acceptable downtime window and we build the schedule backwards from it.
We rent stackable plastic crates for file and desk contents, delivered several days early so staff can pack their own workstations, and picked up after the move. Crates stack tighter than cartons and eliminate the cardboard cleanup afterwards.
We disconnect, bag, transport, and reconnect monitors, docks, and peripherals to the workstation position. Servers, network gear, and anything under an IT vendor contract we move but do not reconfigure, and we schedule that portion with your IT contact.
